Authentication is not a small detail at The Memorabilia Palace. It is the foundation of every piece we sell. Before an item is presented as collector-grade, we look at the signature, source, paperwork, imagery and overall provenance so buyers can understand exactly what they are purchasing.

Every listing is built to make the authenticity route clear. Where a piece is supplied with third-party certification, club authentication, signing evidence, hologram details or a Certificate of Authenticity, that information is stated on the product page. If supporting detail is limited, we say so rather than dressing it up.

We review where the item came from, what documentation supports it, and whether the authentication route makes sense for the player, club and item type.

We assess the product, signature placement, imagery, condition and presentation before it is listed.
We identify whether the piece is supported by a COA, hologram, signing proof, club source or recognised authentication partner.
Authentication, status and presentation details are shown clearly so customers can make a confident decision.
Once purchased, the item is handled carefully and prepared for safe delivery with its supporting documentation where supplied.
