Shipping & Returns

Clear delivery and returns information for signed shirts, framed pieces, display-ready collectables and international orders.

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping threshold applies.
  • UK loose shirts are typically sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Orders over £200 qualify for free UK shipping where applicable.
  • Orders over £1,000 qualify for free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm where applicable.
  • Display-ready and framed items within mainland UK are typically shipped via DX Secure.
  • International orders are sent using tracked courier services, including DHL where appropriate.
  • Shipping methods may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the item.
  • All orders are fully tracked.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges and local fees.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
  • A parcel will only be considered lost once the courier has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Customers must contact us before attempting to return any item.
  • Returned items must be received in the same condition they were dispatched.
  • Returns may be considered for damaged items, incorrect items, verified authenticity concerns or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
  • Sale and discounted items follow the same policy as all other items.
  • Due to the size, weight and custom nature of framed and display-ready items, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Custom framed items are non-refundable unless there is a valid issue with the order.

Damage, Authenticity & COAs

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label and any visible damage.
  • Every item includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • All items are carefully sourced and inspected before being offered for sale.
  • Returned items must include the original Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Returns submitted without the original Memorabilia Palace COA may be subject to a 50% reduction in refund value.
  • Items supplied with Icons or Official Club COAs must be returned with the original certificate. Failure to do so will result in no refund being issued.
  • Intentionally damaged, altered, tampered with or modified items are not eligible for refund.

Authenticity Disputes

  • If a genuine authenticity concern is raised, the customer must provide a clear explanation of the concern.
  • The Memorabilia Palace reserves the right to refuse authenticity claims that are unsupported or made without reasonable grounds.
  • Authenticity disputes will be reviewed through ACG Authentication only.
  • The Memorabilia Palace will cover the authentication submission fee.
  • If ACG confirms the item is genuine, no refund will be issued and the customer must pay any applicable costs before the item is returned.
  • If ACG determines the item is not genuine, a full refund including return costs will be provided.

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The original COA must be present.
  • The guarantee is not transferable.
